The kind of problem I solve

Plugins

If you have a plugin that is only doing 80% then I can expand it. From auto sending Woo-Commerce reports to adding functionality to a plugin that doesn’t have it. Manipulating data into and out of a CRM. Improving the user journey for both clients and Admins. Creating automation so that certain plugins fire at quiet times. Pulling reports into PDFs from Analytic programs such as GA. Adding APIs and connecting to third party systems that currently aren’t accessible.

The report that writes itself

A small business owner spends an hour every Monday copying booking numbers out of WordPress and into a spreadsheet, then formatting it into something she can glance at over coffee. That’s not a training problem — it’s a wiring problem. Connect the booking plugin’s data to an automated pipeline, and the same report lands in her inbox before she’s switched her laptop on. Zero hours, same report.

The rescue

A professional services site goes down for three days. Their previous developer is unreachable. The fix, once someone actually looks at it, takes a few hours — a plugin conflict nobody had diagnosed. The bigger job is putting monitoring and documentation in place so it doesn’t happen silently again.

The gap between plugins

A booking plugin handles appointments fine, but it doesn’t know how to talk to the CRM the business already uses. Rather than replace either tool, a small integration layer moves data between them automatically — the two systems keep working the way the business already knows, they just stop needing a human in the middle.

An Ai Personal Assitant

Implementing a personal assistant that has the ability to read emails and give you morning highlights via WhatsApp, Signal or Telegram, auto answers with man-in-the-middle authorisation.
Using MCP, connecting to systems like Woo-commerce for discussion based reporting, stock queries and issue support.
Using N8N to design automation gates that make decisions based on the data thats flowing, creating management routines with permission gates built in.
